Bernard Ross is a director of =mc consulting. He is one of Europe’s leading experts on decision science in charities and public agencies.

He has worked with many INGOs on decision science projects including IFRC, UNHCR, UNICEF and MSF as well as national bodies like Bristol Museums and Edinburgh Zoo. His bestselling book ‘Change for Good’ is the first to explore the impact of decision science on the pro-social sector.

His consultancy clients range from Public Television (PBS) in the USA to Trussell Trust in the UK.

Meredith was most recently Exec Director of Fundraising and Engagement at Marie Curie UK where she pioneered an number of behaviourally led initiatives. She led teams responsible for £115m of voluntary income plus Marketing and Communications, Policy and Public Affairs and Research.

She was previously Executive Director, Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. She graduated as MSc with merit from LSE. She is a co-editor of Change for Better, and has advised on range of behavioural projects including the Hygiene Bank.

She is a Board member at Trust for London and Plan International.

Omar is a senior partner with Decision Science. A market researcher for 40 years, he was Head of Knowledge at UNICEF International, improving impact in fundraising and more. He has held senior positions marketing global brands like Pampers, Pantene, Ariel, and Pringles. He’s co-author of Change for Good —Using Behavioral Economics for a Better World, and co-editor of Change for Better.

He has led behavioural initiatives for Greenpeace to engage citizens in climate action and for IFRC to increase income from private donors.

A pioneer in text mining and sentiment analysis, he is now seen as Europe’s leading expert on pro-social uses of AI. Filipe has worked in more than 15 countries, helping organizations like Greenpeace, Unicef, Transparency International, and Plan International tackle real-world challenges combining AI, Behavioural Science and Social Data Intelligence.
